HoiHoi-san is an Interceptor Doll (ID), a super-compact pest control robot, from Kunihiko Tanaka's “One-Shot Bug Killer!! Interceptor Doll HoiHoi-san” and “One-Shot Bug Killer!! Interceptor Doll HoiHoi-san LEGACY” series.

Developed by Mars Pharmaceuticals, HoiHoi-san's cute looks combined with the wide range of customization available for its clothes and armor mean it is loved by all ages.

The original Kotobukiya HoiHoi-san model kit was released in September 2009, and became a hit amongst model kit fans and hobbyists. It left a large impact with its groundbreaking design as a cute, fully poseable figure in plastic model kit form. This design concept is still in use in series such as Frame Arms Girl and other Kotobukiya character plastic model kit lines.
